A unique handmade tie-front top made from a fantastic embroidered vintage linen tablecloth. The embroidery on this tablecloth is stunning! Not your average traditional English folksy style of embroidered motifs, but exotic blooms, foliage and curvaceous stems in a vibrant palette ranging from sunset peachs and mauves, to fresh lime, rich reds and intense blues.
Simple round neck straight silhouette, mauve bias trim and two sets of ties for fastening. The edging of the tablecloth has been retained for the edge of the sleeves and hem at the front. Could be layered over a simple garment or worn on its own as a statement piece.
